COVID-19 & COURIER SHIPPING UPDATE

Couriers are reporting delays in delivery as they deal with a considerable increase of freight and extra Covid-19 safety measures/protocols which slow them down. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.

Estimated Shipping Times

We aim to get your products out to you as quickly as possible. Orders will be shipped next business day after you have placed your order. 

2-5 Business Days: Regular Delivery NZ Wide

Additional 2 Days: Rural Delivery Addresses

Please Note: Weekends do not count in your shipping days, if you order on a Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday your order will be with the Courier Company on Monday.

International Orders

Crystal Ashley ships overseas, please get in touch with us at sales@crystalashley.co.nz regarding shipping rates. As the export products are gst exclusive, once you confirmed the products you wished to purchase, we will then send you the finalised invoice together with the freight charges based on the address you have provided. Orders will be dispatched once the payment is received.  

Crystal Ashley has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. The customer is responsible for these charges. International packages may be delayed by customs, unfortunately Crystal Ashley has no control over these circumstances.

Click & Collect Orders

Crystal Ashley offers a “Click and Collect” service from our factory at 87 Ben Lomond Crescent, Pakuranga, Auckland.

If you wish to pick up your order, please simply select “Click and Collect” at the Shopping Cart (freight option). Please contact us prior to pick up to allow us to get ready for collection, it usually takes 1-2 business days however it could take up to 5 working days during busy season or if we need to produce the out of stock products.
